The entire process with Power Construction was very professional and easy. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls. They did a great job replacing the roof.

They did a very clean job, professional and courteous.

Power Construction did a great job installing the roof and lead flashing the chimney. Just have to wait for a couple of good rainstorms to find out. They initially did a good job of protecting the house with tarps, however, there was a big hole in the center of the tarp and my front stairs got tar on them when they removed the old roof that I had to power wash off. They should repair the tarp. Second, I have a screen porch on the back of my house in which I had just put in new screens and told them to be very careful not to damage the screens. When they removed the old roof from the main house the screen porch was well protected and no damage could have occurred, however, when they removed the old roof from the screen porch they slightly damaged one screen and there were multiple tar marks on the side of the screen porch and some wood siding was damaged. I imagine this type of damage would be typical of any roofer. The project manager on the day of the job was excellent, except he had to leave for a few minutes and something came up and communication with the workers was a challenge since my high school Spanish is not very good, as there was not a lead roofer identified that I should speak to in the event I needed to when he was gone. The workers were all very courteous and attentive to what needed to be done and made sure they cleaned up the yard afterward. Lisa, the point person at the company was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful and courteous and made sure everything was in order before and after the job was completed. Power Construction offered to come out and replace/fix my damaged screen and to power wash my stairs and walk as soon as I conveyed it to them, however, I had already completed the work as soon as I noticed it. (Happy wife Happy life) When the owner of Power Construction heard I had cleaned up the tar on the stairs and fixed a screen he asked how he could compensate me for my time and materials. I requested Power Construction could replace the gutters on my screen porch and put in a new downspout instead of financial compensation. The owner agreed to have the gutters and downspout replaced at no cost to me. He wants to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied. Once again excellent experience working with Power Construction, I definitely recommend them. My next-door neighbor is actually in the process of contacting them to replace their roof.

We had a great experience working with Power Construction on the replacement of our roof. Everything went smoothly from scheduling an estimate to completion of job and cleanup. Everyone we dealt with at Power was professional and courteous and they completed the scope of the project as desired-quality work! I've already recommended them to friends and neighbors and would hire them again.

They said there was a misunderstanding about what sections of roof needed to be done. We had a friend communicate with him and we thought we were clear.

I'd recommend this company to anybody. They did excellent work. I had a lot of questions and required a lot of scheduling flexibility. These lovely folks were very prompt and professional when responding to everything. When the work was done, the team showed up right when I expected but had it finished hours before I expected. A huge plus was that the cost was significantly less than I was anticipating. Like, about half the cost! They were crystal clear about how much things were going to cost. I queried the possibility of hidden costs and everything was explained carefully. In the end, there were no hidden costs. Everything was exactly as I had been advised. If you hire this company you'll notice they incentivize you to write them a review. This is clearly because they are confident in their ability to satisfy their costumers and will stand by their work. Based on my experience, they have absolutely earned this level of confidence. They completed the job in one day, as promised. They adjusted their schedule, at our request, because of the threat of rain. They adjusted their price to match a competitor's bid. They were polite, easy to work with, and cleaned up our property nicely after they were done. When I discovered that a few small plants had been damaged during the work, they immediately responded with an apology and reimbursed me for the damage. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully, will not have to.

Great working with Power Roofing at every step of the process from the initial estimate and quote through the completion of the roof and skylight replacement. Excellent communication and customer service across the board. Meticulously completed every item on the quote and clearly explained the need for additional (minor) repairs. Will definitely keep Power in mind when it's time to replace the siding.

Very happy with their work. From inspection of the roof, to proposal, to the actual completion of the job, great work. The team of roofers were very efficient, thorough, replaced several sections of roof that had rotted, and cleaned everything up. Great work, great price, excellent customer service...highly recommend!
