All work was done efficiently and on time. New roof looks fantastic , and matches adjoining town homes.

This company is outstanding. Besides all new Hardie board siding, we had a sunroom repair, a new asphalt shingle roof, and rain gutters installed. This family takes pride in their work and the crew worked hard every day until the job was done. They repaired a leak in a sunroom that 2 other contractors failed to fix. The crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of the property. We had several estimates for the work to be done. Porter wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. I liked their approach and I have learned that you get what you pay for. My only criticism is that a couple of things that I got charged extra for I had assumed was part of the estimate. Make sure you get every small detail in writing. Bottom line, would I hire this company again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them, without hesitation.

Porter replaced our whole house roof in 2 days. Very efficient operation with the team that worked and worked. And cleaned up when they were done. Courteous team. Porter Family is a great team of contractors! I appreciated their courtesy, professionalism and hard work. They installed a roof on our main house, enclosed porch and garage. I would definitely recommend this company!

They came out quickly to provide an estimate which was reasonable for the work being done. The guys who installed the siding did a fantastic job and my house looks terrific. Everyone I dealt with at Porter was polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

We unexpectedly needed our roof replaced. We got several quotes, and Porter Family's price was very competitive. They also were able to complete the replacement on a tight schedule (for which we are so grateful!) and in the color we wanted, despite limited productions due to the pandemic. We have a multi-level, steep Tudor roof, and they had to remove old shingles and cedar shakes, so I know this was a complex project, and they did a great job. They were also great about communicating with us throughout the project. I also appreciated that they took care to carefully clean the yard and driveway as we have pets and young children. Thank you!

I hired Porter Family last September, the work was excellent, the roof is very nice to look at. Overall, excellent work. Although I had a slight issue afterwards regarding the roof, I did not hear back from them for over 3 weeks although they said they drove by and looked at it and now I want a siding replacement job which I contacted them almost 7 weeks ago and still have not received an estimate. Not sure the reason for that, even after several emails to them and a phone call. They do excellent work but not too amazing on the customer service side

5-stars all the way. Roy and the whole team did an incredible job! They were fairly less expensive than the competition, but had a great personal touch to everything they did. They gave us a full detailed review of what needed to be done, scheduled within a couple weeks, had great communication throughout, took very good care of all our plants, trees, and shrubs, and were mostly completed within 1 day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
