From the first phone call from Alex to the day my dumpster was picked up the service was excellent! Alex was right on top of returning phone calls , he came right out to do the estimate and realy explained what he was going to do. He explained the types of materials he uses and why. I received the written estimated that night! Loved the fact he was right on top of every thing. I was not present when the installation happen but my Boyfriend said the crew was incredible and he was very impressed . They did it in one day. They worked nonstop. We were very happy from price,quality and professionalism of the team. Thankyou Alex and the whole crew! Love our new roof!!!

The experience from beginning to end was great--Alex gave a lot of helpful detail when taking a look at the project, so I really understood the quote. The price was very competitive, and the project was complete 2 weeks after I sent in the deposit. Finished product looks fabulous.

Work was done efficiently in 7 hours or so, and clean-up completed satisfactorily with dispatch. Couldn't have asked for more. It was good to have Alex as supervisor and spokesman at all times. Glad I chose Portanova among five bidders.

f you need a new roof, this is the company to use! Alex is terrific to work with! He was responsive, showed up when he promised and just a great all around experience. My roof was done in a day and it's absolutely fabulous. They also installed new gutters and what a difference in how my house looks! The crew worked so hard, they never stopped! My driveway and my neighbors driveway were spotless. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!

Great response, fast turn around. We had one other estimated that came in 2k higher for the same job, and when we got a runaround we called Portanova. They used the same materials for a lower price, and did not sacrifice workmanship. Only had the roof for a couple of weeks, but not issues. Alex was great, we had some debris left afterwards, but there was bound to be a few things missed here or there, it is just the nature of things. Overall stellar job. I recommend them.

I found the service of all the companies who called me 4-5 stars. Portanova was exceptional customer service. They called immediately and when we set up an appt that they needed to change they contacted me and came by on their on at a later time. they were responsive to all calls I made within a short order. Alex, the contact person was knowledgeable and interacted professionally. The price was among the lowest, and the service was prompt and meticulous operation.

Answered within minutes of my online request.Came and inspected the roof needed and sent a detail estimate with all the supplies and possibility of any extra material needed and how it would increase the estimate, Very courteous and answered all my questions. Informed of when to expect dumpster and supplies, cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them.
