I will never recommend anyone use this company! Jay had our new gunite pool completed June 2024 in September 2024 I noticed a hole in the pool. He keeps promising to fix it and here we are 1 and a half years later with this hole. Last year I purchased a cover for the pool and I have withheld the last $500 payment in hope of him getting this hole fixed and the hole still remains. Just a warning so no one else goes through what I have had to deal with. We also had the capping and whole slab of concrete pull up last winter that he tried to play the card that none of this is under warranty, less than a year and we had two issues with the structure of the pool. You can see from the texts how unreliable this guy is and we still have a hole on our pool!!! Unacceptable. You have been warned! We have not heard anything from Jay in months that is why I finally decided to warn anyone considering hiring this company for a new pool install. These guys were fast and so professional. So polite and careful. If they were unsure they stopped and asked. 10/10 recommend. They will be my heroes for years to come.

I have been extremely happy with the this team! They not only built my pool, but they service it as well. As with anything, issues do come up from time to time, but the communication is top notch and issues are ALWAYS promptly handled and at fair prices. In our world, there are lots of fly by night companies that will come and offer better prices, but I believe in keeping a relationship with my service providers and Jay has always been great at communicating and doing whatever it takes to make me happy.

They did not correct the problem they never came back out after we paid them or return our phone calls. We told them that the pool was still not clean. Would not send us our receipt or asked them to email it we paid them cash and a check. We called another Co. they were wonderful.

Very helpful all during the process. Good work and made sure I was happy.

Nothing is more frustrating than a contractor who seems to be in earnest, makes promises, and then does not deliver. I had to brush the sides because they did not. When I asked why they did not vacuum they said **It was raining**. This is the worst pool service I have had in ten years. I would get better service from a neighborhood kid.

I am very pleased with the work I contracted for. The individuals who worked on the pool were friendly, courteous, and professional. The only problem was the color of the pool deck paint did not match the paint chip color. This was not the fault of Jayâ s and they will be coming back to Re-Paint the deck once the paint comes in from factory.
