I have been extremely happy with the this team! They not only built my pool, but they service it as well. As with anything, issues do come up from time to time, but the communication is top notch and issues are ALWAYS promptly handled and at fair prices. In our world, there are lots of fly by night companies that will come and offer better prices, but I believe in keeping a relationship with my service providers and Jay has always been great at communicating and doing whatever it takes to make me happy.
They did not correct the problem they never came back out after we paid them or return our phone calls. We told them that the pool was still not clean. Would not send us our receipt or asked them to email it we paid them cash and a check. We called another Co. they were wonderful.

Nothing is more frustrating than a contractor who seems to be in earnest, makes promises, and then does not deliver. I had to brush the sides because they did not. When I asked why they did not vacuum they said **It was raining**. This is the worst pool service I have had in ten years. I would get better service from a neighborhood kid.
Matt, Thank you for your input. We value everyone opinion and use it to provide better service to existing and future customers. The condition of the pool when we began service was poor due to previous tenants not properly maintaining the pool. To return the pool to a clear state requires time. Our truck GPS data indicates our guys spent over 3.5 hours on-site at your property this past month, which is over the allotted time per month. Additionally, our employee safety is our main priority and in storms, we only test the water and make sure your pool equipment is running properly. We spent 30 minutes on the day you are referencing. We appreciate.

I am very pleased with the work I contracted for. The individuals who worked on the pool were friendly, courteous, and professional. The only problem was the color of the pool deck paint did not match the paint chip color. This was not the fault of Jayâ s and they will be coming back to Re-Paint the deck once the paint comes in from factory.
They are very responsive to questions and are quick to answer communications.
