Reviews
Write a ReviewMike is a straight shooter who sticks to his price and does not cut corners. The crew works hard, fast, and cleans up nicely. Communication skills are excellent. Highly recommended!
I LOVE THE JOB! Very respectful, neat and prompt. I would use them again.
Mike called practically immediately upon my putting in information on websiet - Very Professional and he went above and beyond to repair our pool. Something that four other contractors that quoted did not - everyone wanted to sell us a new pool, no one wanted to just do the repair. I would and have recommended Mike to many people.
Was on time for appointment to estimate on job, price okay, was ontime for actual job, did the job professionally. Only slight problem was they took out some bushes, but cleaned up well and it was probably unavoidable due to tight access to basement.
We did have owners permission to remove bushes at no charge to her so that the concrete truck could get closer to pour a new concrete floor in the basement, and she tipped us and gave me a color tv when job was dome that she didnt want anymore. She was happy with the work and so were we and value her as a customer
did everything in the contract and then some. Never tried to change terms and did not ask for more money then was contracted. Job was more difficlt then Michael expected, but ived with his committment.
We are going into the second week now. Two thirds of my sidewalks are torn up. Forms remain half done. My rental tenants have to walk over and around caution tape, old stone and dirt. The village in which I live is not pleased with the time it's taking to do this project and neither am I.
The tree roots lining the road below side walk became a larger than expected issue. We did successfully remove the tree roots and complete the project at a satisfactory level.
All three companies responded quickly and gave estimates for our unusual project in a timely fashion. One estimate was out of our price range. The other two companies were great to work with. We decided on Pools of the Trade as they also do stone/masonry work (not pool related). They have done a great job!
ON time, on budget - Michael is a man of his word. Great quality, too.
They were on time for the work, very hard workers. The money was great. He is a great guy. They weather was a problem, but came as when they could do the work.
