No contracts and per visit pricing so I easily switch from monthly to weekly service as needed or cancel service if I don?t need or add service at last minute, They have performed extra services as requested when I need. They have been accommodating on fixing billing issues giving me reasonable credits when requested, Very reliable and nice people to interact with. Fully recommend.

SCAM ARTISTS CHARGED US $1200 OVER SEVEN WEEKS FOR A GREEN POOL WE COULD NOT USE. EVERYTHING IS ON CAMERA. Hired Pool Scouts of the Lowcountry after showing the pool to Ray and having a lengthy conversation with him about how the cartridge pool filter needed to be cleaned on a semi-regular basis, just as if it was a sand filter. He agreed it would be, on camera. He also said they would be there on time and take care of everything. The very first Saturday they were scheduled to clean, they showed up late after the new renters had already arrived at 4 pm. I should have known I made a mistake in hiring them at that point. Over seven weeks the pool was full of green algae. Ray kept telling me it was the leaves and stuff coming off the trees. We believed that for a while until we started personally cleaning the pool ourselves and clearing the water and skimmer every hour. We even had our property management company clear any tree debris to make sure nothing was clogging the filter. At this time it was clear something else was the problem. When we went through the camera footage (we have three cameras facing the entire pool and equipment) we could see that they never touched the filter as agreed and in the contract. We also went back to THEIR REPORTS that their tech would send after each visit. They confirmed not once in seven weeks did they clean the filter, and only 4 times did they clean the pump skimmer which should have been done every visit. When confronted with this, Ray at first said they cleaned the filter. When asked for proof of this, he said he would provide it. After a couple of weeks of pushing for it, he then changed his story that they cleaned the filter but did not include it in our reports because he did not want to charge us for it. Which makes no sense since that was part of the service anyway. When told we had 24/7 camera proof that no one ever came near the filter, he lied again. I asked their tech and he said he did not even know how to open or clean a cartridge filter. The scam is that they charged us more than twice the normal amount of chlorine, which did nothing without cleaning the filter. Despite this being part of the service that we agreed to, and me pushing weekly about the filter, they purposely left the filter clogged so that they could keep charging for more and more chlorine while claiming they were doing everything they could to fix it. Once the filter was finally cleaned, and the pool properly scrubbed, it returned to normal within 3 days. Not only did they charge us $1200 for this con, but we lost thousands of dollars in rental revenue due to the pool being disgusting. When I asked for a partial refund the first time, I was ignored. When I asked again, Ray told me he was a lawyer and the only way I would get anything back is if I came after him for it. I have spoken with five other people that had this same scam pulled on them by this company. Their reviews are also online with the same lies and MO. I'm simply the one that caught it all on camera. I took our concerns to the Pool Scouts corporate management team since they are a franchise company. Spoke to Eric, Russell, and a third gentleman. To this day nothing has been done despite the amount of proof I have, which means Pool Scouts is complacent in this scam. The evidence is so clear that I am currently getting the company banned as a vendor in our neighborhood and talking to the local media about this. When at least six people get scammed in the same way, it needs to be stopped before others get ripped off. If you would like to see all of this proof that you should avoid this company, I would be happy to share it with you. It's 100% true.

Very easy to deal with. I had to replace a pool pump and found it difficult to find anyone to do that. Pool Scouts provided excellent details about what was needed and did quality work. The final charge was exactly the same as the estimate.
