Pool Pirates, LLC

I generally don't like to give negative reviews unless it absolutely warrants it. We hired this company to resurface our existing pool and build a hot tub attached to the pool. Three years later our hot tub has multiple cracks in the foundation and my pavers look like they have been there for 30 years not 3. Now we have to spend upwards of $5k to have it repaired and the response from Pool Pirates was absolutely terrible. They don't back their work and he tried to downplay the situation when I asked him if he guarantees his work. Bottom line, if you hire this company for anything besides cleaning your pool keep you will be disappointed.

John and his dad are great people. If I have a question he answers it! They are easy going and reliable.

Pool Pirates really know how to make a good first impression. I was impressed by their speed and efficiency. They arrived at my house assessed the maintenance requirements for my pool and identified several issues the previous Pool company had not identified. I was even surprised they went out of their way to fix an existing leak during off hours for me. They definitely make me feel like I am valued as a customer, and I truly feel my pool is in good hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone who will actually look after and maintain their pool.

John and his team have maintained our pool for the last year. They have done a wonderful job. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend them.

I am new to Florida and have had a tough time finding reliable contractors, cleaning people etc. The Pool Pirate is such a breath of fresh air!! The Pirates take pride in their work, are reliable, honest and truly care about their customer. If Home Advisor allowed me to rank the PPs with 10 stars I would give them 11!!!!!

Since John has started maintaining our pool, it has looked very clean. He also repaired some equipment, and replaced the filter pump. We are very satisfied with the service from Pool Pirates.

POOL PIRATES ARE DEPENDABLE, THOROUGH, HONEST AND MOST OF ALL........IF THER IS A PROBLEM WITH THE POOL OR EQUIPMENT THEY ARE ON THE JOB IMMEDIATELY . I have used John for about 3 years. always shows up in a good mood and ready to work. He didn't need to be called or checked on. my pool looks great. I also had a problem with the pool and Fla pools wanted $800 to fix it. John had it done for $400!! He's a great guy and I HIGHLY recommend him!!
