Really great work by this plumber in a situation for a senior citizen. I hired them at arm's length from another State and they took care of my step-dad just in time for Father's Day. This was a triage situation and they evaluated it, quoted me a full repipe or just get-it-working, and they got it working. There was a snake concern, and some dogs, and they were super professional. I'm really thankful and would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time but not fully prepared for job, had to go get tools. when done and He had left checked toilet to find it rocking on floor service and tank not fully tightened. I had to wedge toilet to have it stable and I tightened tank swo it would quit wobbling.

These plumbers were completely incompetent. After we repeatedly told them where our plumbing issues were coming from they were unable to correctly diagnose our plumbing issue, they gave us a completely incorrect negligent diagnosis, gave us ridiculous quotes to incorrectly and negligently resolve their completely incorrect diagnosis, and then charged us a diagnosis fee that they never told us about on top of the service fee. The contract and diagnosis given to us after the service did not reflect what was explained to us verbally by the plumbers. The Ambient Edge plumbers also signed on our behalf on their contract for which they never notified us of such. Ambient Edge plumbing by Jakeâ s service was negligent at best if not outright fraudulent. I called to complain and was told there was nobody to speak to me. I was given a complaint email that I sent several emails and photos and received no response. I never left them a review but to this day I keep getting email and text advertisements from them so I figured I should go leave my review. This was for a service back in April. As Iâ m leaving this review in Aug/Sept they are just now replying back to me to offer me a free AC Tune up to make things right. I would never let Ambient Edge back on my property. I requested a refund of the service fee and diagnosis fee. In April after Ambient Edge, we called another plumbing company and they came and quickly found our plumbing issue and fixed it for a small fraction of what Ambient Edge would have charged us.

Two young men, Christian and Tim, came to my house because of water backing up in my dishwasher. They checked it out and got it cleaned out (My dishwasher is 16 years old) and in the process found a problem that couldn't be fixed. Nonetheless, their workmanship was great and they made several suggestions that helped. They were very professional and polite and I appreciate the time they spent working with me. I highly recommend them and Plumbing by Jake.

Came out to put in a safe pipe for gas line between wall from oven to dryer. Then he could not re-lite the pilot lite Of gas water heater Then gave us a quote for two new water heaters. Left us without hot water in the house for many days. Our home warranty sent someone out Re-lit the pilot lite immediately Beware Saved us from getting ripped off
