I had a major pipe break and called Plumbing Pros and they were at my house within an hour. They quickly assess my situation and within 36 hours they had my problem corrected. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and explained every step so even I could understand. They were very professional and they turned a very traumatic plumbing disaster into a feeling of being blessed to have met them.

A wonderful professional plumber. We thought the water heater needed to be replaced but Scott told us that was not the problem. We very much appreciate his honesty. He replaced the broken water heater thermostats, corrected a water circulation problem and replaced the bladder in the overflow tank. Thank you, Scott!

I woke up to no water pressure in the house and my front yard quite soggy. I called the water company, they sent a crew out and confirmed it was a leak on my side. I called Plumb Pros and they fit me into their earliest available slot, which was about 2 hours out. They showed up on time, located the leak, and had it patched in less than an hour. I also had an additional issue with a water heater in another building on the property that wasn't working. Scott was willing to take a look at it, diagnosed that it was probably the top heating element. Pulled it out and sure enough it was burnt up. After a quick replacement, we were up and running again. So, in under 3 hours after I had placed the initial call, my initial problem was completely fixed, as well as the 'while you're here...' problem. Scott and his sons conducted themselves professionally, efficiently, and the cost was well within what I considered the realm of reasonable. The next time I need the services they provide, they will absolutely be my first call.
