They did our siding and replaced a few windows. The siding was fine, but they left unpainted wood and unfilled nail holes in the trim of all the windows they replaced. They left nails scattered through our yard through the winter (which was understandable because of the snow), but after the snow melted, they kept telling us "we'll schedule something soon" for almost 6 weeks. We had to threaten to file an HIC complaint to get them to schedule the work.

Plum Pro did incredible work on the exterior of our house. It was an extensive project where we basically removed and replaced everything that is exposed to the elements on the outside of the house. Additionally, we also replaced multiple windows and all exterior doors plus our deck. The consult from Yuk on the right materials for each part of our project was honest and future looking. They also took a mudroom that had no exterior egress/ingress and installed a brand new exterior facing door and side windows that not just changed the look of the house entirely but the function. Every contractor we have worked with in the past is challenging when it comes to communication, timelines, and delivery; Plum Pro was one of the best we’ve worked with. And to be fair, while we needed to stay in constant communication with our project manager and the team, they were receptive and always did right by us as the customer in the end. Highly recommend.

Fantastic job by the whole crew from Stephan, which was very professional and helpful about picking out windows for my back porch, to the crew led by Vikter , forgive me for misspelling his name which did a FANTASTIC job on the window project. Very clean , very professional. I would recommend plum pro exterior to anyone. Thank you so much to the team.

I met with Yuk about 3 years ago and I knew right away I wanted his team to work on my exterior project in Milton. Yuk and the team demo'd all existing siding and fixed any areas that had rot, re wrapped the house, did all new james hardie board siding, pvc trim, built a portico, replaced doors and windows. He and his team came highly recommended and it was clear why. He answered all of my questions, was very up front with pricing and his proposals. The contract laid everything out crystal clear and any change orders or out of scope work was agreed to before any work was done. The craftsmanship is incredible and any contractor that comes to my house makes note of how good it looks. The team communicated well and Yuk and the team lead were always available to talk to me and work through any issues or changes that we wanted to make. The crew was very clean, respectful and professional. Thanks to Yuk and Plum Pro for making our exterior dreams come true
