    From receiving our estimate till gutter installation, the entire process went smoothly. Pitched Rite promptly emailed my estimate and was flexible in scheduling the installation to fit my schedule availability request. Marcus ran a two man crew and installed our gutters as scheduled in a timely manner. He was very personable, detail oriented, answered all questions and took the time to clean up installation scraps before leaving. Pitched Rite did an outstanding job! Our gutters looks beautiful and they are taking care of the rain as a gutter should. I highly recommend contacting Pitched Rite when in need of new gutters, you will not be disappointed!

    My roofer recommended Pitched Rite Gutters to us. Brad the estimator was exact on arrival. Aaron and Blaine worked well together to accommodate their ladder among my flower gardens; super job with them keeping my plants free of debris. Can't wait for the rain to arrive to see how the gutter covers shield the leaves!!

    Very poor at communicating, I have had issue communicating with them through the whole process, The trouble all started when I had agreed to move forward with them, I sent the deposit check, and they confirmed they received it and 3 weeks later stated they did not get the check. Brad (Sales Rep) agreed to meet me closer than Columbus to provide deposit. I requested an install date of June 10th or later. My deposit check of 1400.00 was not suppose to be cashed until the week of the install and they cashed about 2 weeks early. Brad had provided in the email that the check would not be deposited until the week of install. This caused my account to overdraw since I had the project funds in a savings account and not in my checking account yet.

    We never received the initial deposit. When this was brought to the gentleman's attention he met our estimator with a check. Generally speaking we cash the deposit check about a week to ten days before the scheduled install date or when the job is imminent. This is what happened here. The deposit check was posted to the gentleman's account 7 business days before the scheduled install date of June 10th as per the gentleman's request. We could have cashed the deposit check immediately upon receiving it. It is our policy to hold on to it until the job is about a week or so out. We do this with the customer's benefit in mind. We understand that sometimes things come up and a person may change their mind on a purchase. This timing allows for that decision and we respectfully return the deposit. Many companies will not refund a deposit after 3 days as the customer will lose their right to cancel at that point. To be clear, after actually receiving the deposit check we still held it for almost 3 weeks before cashing it. Was that not a sufficient amount of time to secure funds in the account for the check, Even after the overdraft the gentleman received he still wanted us to do the job but we respectfully declined leading to this review. We don't harbor any bad feelings toward the gentleman. To show this we will make it up to the gentleman by covering the cost of the overdraft fee. Again, we wish the gentleman well.
