Kevin and his staff were, all, professional, informative, PROMPT and very friendly. They guided me through the processes involved and delivered. It's quite rare to have the business owner present, but Kevin is hands-on. While it can take time to recognize the effectiveness of the treatments, I am, extremely, confident they will back-up their work, if needed. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Edgar and Kevin came out within hours of my call, as I had found rodent droppings falling from my A/C vent, to inspect and grade the infestation. They did not have a rodent bait trap in the van which was a bit annoying, but came back the next day to put it on the roof. Then they discovered damage caused by a raccoon and offered to repair and close the hole, which opened up into the air vent.The fee of $200.00 seemed high for this repair, but the peace of mind was worth it. Edgar was extremely informative about rats and their habits. I bought a two months package of inspection just to be safe - but the problem was eliminated immediately the hole was sealed up . I recommended this company the next day to a friend of mine with a mice problem!

We were so thrilled that they came at 7pm to remove a dead possum. They did their job quickly and efficiently! The sanitizede the area and took away the dead possum. We are grateful to have found this service.
