My son and I recently bought a fixer upper. Floors were somewhat challenged. We called Cody and he had some concerns but was willing to take on the challenge. The floors look spectacular. They were always on time and in one instance was able to squeeze us in for an additional project. If you need floors done Perry Hardwood is definitely the company to use. I rarely rate contractors and if I do I rarely give full score. In this case I felt impelled to rate Cody and his team a 5. Thanks Cody..... look forward to the next project.

Cody and his Dad did all the work and were clean, on time, and pretty much perfect. My floors went from old-fashioned to updated in three easy days.

I have used other hardwood floor refinishers and Perry Hardwood was much better in terms of overall quality--floor prep, stain and the finish process. The result was a deep rich floor finish. I wish that I had used them the first time rather than the other company!! We definitely would highly recommend them to others!! 5 Star rating!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We reached out to Cody when we wanted to install new hardwoods where there had been carpet and refinish the existing, builder installed factory finished flooring. Cody was fantastic to work work from initial quote through project completion. Skill and workmanship were top notch - a year later and we still are amazed at how beautiful the project turned out!

So glad I trusted my instinct and contracted Perry Hardwoods! Cody is an excellent communicator aside from his skill as a craftsman. Work was exactly as requested and exceeded my high expectations. The only negative was the long wait for them to have availability to complete my job. Even there Cody gave me an opportunity to move the start date up 2 weeks. Once they had an opening, they worked hard through the holidays to complete the work as promised. Judging by the quality craftsmanship the demand is justified. Well worth the wait to get started.

They did an outstanding job. Came when they said they would, and finished on time. The floors look better than they did when they were brand new. They even did some custom staining, that gets great comments from everyone who sees them. The Perry team were great to work with, and left the house as clean as when they got here. If my floors ever need done again, I won't look anywhere else but to them.

Cody was responsive and and answered every question we had. He stayed on schedule and worked with us to match the color we wanted. I would absolutely use him again.
