Every step of the Hillary s help with design project enabled me to take an overwhelming process to manageable steps that considered everything I envisioned. Hillary steered me away from potential problematic issues, communicated concerns to my contractor, and gave the kind of suggestions about color scheme, materials and use of space that I was able to bring to fruition seamlessly. I couldn t be happier with this service and I highly recommend her.

If you want the expertise of a designer BEFORE you commit to an expensive remodel or redecoration this is the perfect service. Hilary Unger took time to assess the rooms and their uses, talk about what furniture pieces I would keep or replace, go through suggested color samples for each room we discussed, as well as potential new furniture ideas and a recommended new room layout complete with a floor plan. I will be proceeding with most of her recommendations. An excellent experience.

My consultation with Hilary Unger consisted of a four-hour on-site evaluation of my apartment and a written summary of her recommendations and other ideas. The report included referrals and local sourcing, which I will find very helpful. Everything -- from the initial appointment to the final report -- was handled in a very professional manner. Her fee was very reasonable, not only for the value of the ideas I came away with, but, particularly, when you consider the avoidance of some very costly mistakes I surely would have made without her advice. Was very professional, she delivered all her recommendations in a formal email just a few days after our appointment, and has been very helpful in additional follow up that I needed, in working with a manufacturer. She offered alternative resources for furniture, etc that I never would have thought of, at various price points. I have spoken of her, and recommended her to several friends.
