Thought they would care for my grass but it all died over the summer.
Thank you for working with our company. Performance Lawn and Landscape does not take any liability for clients watering practices; especially during very hot summer months when it is very common for lawns to burn.
Service provided was really good. Sometimes there were a different crew. I actually would have preferred the same crew but didn't think to ask for them. The owner Frank was very good at responding to any concerns I may have had. I recently had to discontinue the service due to a loss of income otherwise I would have kept their services.

Damaged our yard in multiple places and then quit our contract without even speaking to me. I am just flabbergasted by the experience I had with Performance Lawn & Landscape. Before signing a contract with them (they require a 1-year contract), they came out and did a test service which went fine. Then we signed the contract, and quality took a complete nosedive. I guess because they had us in a contract, there was no need to deliver quality anymore. For their first service under the contract, they showed up at 6:45 p.m. with sundown at 7:00 p.m., RACED through the job because it was dark (that lawn mower could have been in a Nascar race), and scalped the yard so deep that they killed the grass in over a dozen places, cutting deep into the ground. This actually resulted in the tires of the lawn mower dragging mud (from cutting into the ground) all over the driveway. They knew they screwed up, because they threw some seed down on the bare spots. And then, they left! No knock on the door, no mention that anything had gone wrong, nothing. We wake up the next morning to discover damage all over and seed thrown down without straw (got to have straw to keep seed from washing away). I gave it until the afternoon to see if anyone would contact us about the damage. Nope. I had to reach out to them. I then set about trying to speak to the owner about how this would be resolved. The owner will not provide customers with his direct number despite my asking for it (this is such a red flag!), so we only conversed via email. The crew showed up once more to put down more seed and straw, without asking me if this is the solution that I wanted. What I wanted was to have the bare spots replaced with sod so that I donâ t have to wait 3 weeks for the seed to grow and have my lawn restored. But no one asked us how we wanted the damage fixed, and the owner ignored my (email) pleas for a phone conversation to discuss. Well, I thought to myself, seeding is fine if I can get a discount on the bill to compensate for the 3 week wait. The kicker is when I asked for a discount on our bill for that month, the owner ignored the request for a discount and stated he was â releasing us from our contract.â Um, do you think they would have let us quit the contract at our whim? Heck no! But that is exactly what this company did. They damaged our yard, chose their own path to fix it without speaking to me, and then gave up on our contract when I wanted to have a conversation about it. Truly unbelievable. There are so many lawn service providers in this city. Please save yourself the trouble and choose a different one.
This is a very unreasonable, rude, non-paying client. Contractors beware!
VERY responsive to customer needs. We have hired them as our regular lawn and landscape professionals.
They have kept the schedule I contracted for weather we are home or not. Only problem is when calling you get a answering service, reason for 3.5 on customer service.
They have been our landscapers for over seven years. They do a great job and we have never had any issues.
My favorite thing about them is they are very responsive when I contact them. They offer great ideas about how to improve my lawn and landscaping.
