From the 1st phone call to the very end when my roof was completed my experience was great. PMR was so perfossional, I couldn't ask for a better company to put my roof on. They took their time to explain about different types of metal roofs and let me decide what I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure! Plus their a long time family owned company. I can't say enough about the the company, there was no mess afterwards, it was like they were ever here. Price was right, roof is beautiful, life time warranty and If I sell my house it goes with the new owner! What's not to love!!

Customer service was outstanding, I felt welcomed from the very first phone call I was kept up to date on the crew that was planning out my roof it only took two days for them to complete the job, the only complaint I can think of was the price but the warranty makes up for the price in my opinion

The whole process was amazing! It started with an online inquiry to the company after our shingles were damaged in a storm. Within 15 minutes someone from the company called me and scheduled a time to have someone at our house to take a look and give us a quote. Fast forward to two days later and we have a quote in hand and a price that we could agree on. They were very patient while we waited for our insurance company to figure out their end of everything, and they waited until we got our check. The only negative is that the crew that came out hardly spoke English, this did create a rather annoying language barrier during our final walkthrough. I called the company to ask a few questions about some things that did not seem right, and they had a senior team member out within two days to make sure that everything was done properly and that all of my questions and concerns were answered. The fact that they back up their wonderful customer service with a lifetime guarantee just sweetens the deal that much more. I would recommend perfection metal roofing to anyone looking to get a new roof, if that's you, give them a call!

Crew team was very active in installing the new roof. Job took longer than expected because of the size of the roof and wind conditions they work through it as best they could

PMR - Performed all installation very professionally and quickly at a great price and with a lifetime warrant +. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

They were great until they were not. The roofing company did not replace the vent/boot on the newly installed roof. When the rains came in late spring, the roof developed a leak that went through the attic and damaged the drywall in the ceiling. The company did not have anyone in the area to make the necessary repairs and it fell on us to find someone. We did find someone who gave us a bid of $546.25 which the company did pay. He did not show. After several attempts, we finally found someone to make the repairs and his bid was $1550. This was completed on October 31, 2025. We have not been able to get reimbursed for the payment. There have been many excuses with this company and much finger pointing: Personal problems Was not aware of the issues We do not do business in Tennessee anymore We fired the foreman We fired the workman We did not know this was the invoice I will check to see if the check is in the mail I do not think our lifetime warranty is worth much! $40,000 later!

From the salesman to the installer, they were very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We had several estimates, but went with the one that not only gave us a good price and warranty, but had the installation and cleanup done on our house and garage done in one day. I will be giving their number to several people that have asked me about getting a quote for a new roof.

My husband and I love our new metal roof. Perfection Roofing was professional, punctual and friendly. The gutter crew did a fantastic job as well.
