Love the new roof. Zachary took his time and explained the options for installing the steel roof. I chose the charcoal gray with the matte finish. I had concerns about the exposed fasteners vs a standing seam. After research on the web, I discovered that my roof was on the steep side and that standing / hidden seam would not be the ideal choice. The steel has delivered and stacked in the location of my choice, without problems. Norman supervised two crews to install the roof. Each man in the crews knew their responsibilities and from the time they exited the vehicles to the time the clean up was complete, they were working as teams. Extremely pleased with the installation and the cleanup. Roof looks great. Extremely pleased with the color and the matte finish. The fasteners were S/S and the heads are color matched to the roof. The fasteners are hardly noticeable from the ground. The sun does not reflect off the roof as some of the existing roofs on the lake. The only sound that I hear when it rains is the rain hitting the windows.

Noah explained the product and process. Carl came out and measured roof. Norman and his crew install the roof and cleaned up the yard. Very pleased with them all. Everybody answered any questions I had. I highly recommend them

Sir, One year ago this week my wife and I hired your company - Perfect Steel Solutions to replace nine windows and one patio door. To date, the door leaks in water every time it rains, the bottom lock doesn't even line up to close, the other two locks are stiff to work and one lower section of a bedroom window will not even open. I wish I never heard of your company. It stinks as does your service. At this point, we do not want your disrespectful "installer-man" back at our home ever nor anyone else from your company. We'll hire someone more knowledgeable to repair your man's work. If you would care to know more details of our unhappy experience with your company, you can email me and I will go into detail. Al W.

Customer service is excellent. We hired them to replace two large windows. Windows are fine, but the professionalism of the installer and office staff is what made it a good experience.
