Perez Remodeling

This is the second bath remodel we have done with Perez Remodeling and we are so happy with the results. This time we renovated a smaller guest bath on a smaller budget but Reybel was able to come through for us with the highest quality work that really elevated the whole project. Looking forward to our next project!

I have just retired from the military after 23 years and I'm used to calling-in a work order to have repairs made :) However, I moved back into a vacant home with my children which needed a lot of work. I was a little rushed as we were living in a hotel for 3 weeks and the hurricane caused many delays with electricity. I made my selection based on previous reviews. Here's a break down of pros/cons: Pros: - Very personable - Showed-up when scheduled - Kept me updated with progress/status - Loaned fans until air condition could be repaired - Gave a reference for plumbing repair (same day service) Cons: - Pricing: Not transparent, no breakdown of cost for materials /labor. Requested receipt weeks after work was completed/still vague. - Electrical/Roof repairs: fixes did not resolved issues - Floor Installation: gaps between walls in one room, can see sub-floor along wall/ in closet. Nicks throughout house on baseboards. One vent would not fit, had to make multiple request to get resolved. The floor needed trim due to gaps throughout the house from the carpet. Overall big improvement from old carpet. - Paint: Overall nice job, I had to remove paint chips in bathroom/kitchen and minor splatter on kitchen tile. I requested a quote for additional work I needed (new deck, repairs to doors & enclosed screened porch); while repairs were ongoing and never received an official quote. This was a great learning experience; I have gained more knowledge on what to discuss upfront. I'm looking forward to working with another contractor for remaining upgrades!

Reybel not only repaired drywall, but installed a 3/4" wooden floor, which he took the time to match each piece of wood before installing. He is always on time, and shows up when he says he's going to. He also installed a double sliding door for me. His work is impeccable. I would highly recommend him.

My deck looks fantastic now. Great job!!

So far so good just about finished one bathroom, kitchen next, then 1 more bathroom.

This is the THIRD year in a row that I have hired the services of Perez Remodeling. Their competitive pricing, craftsmanship and customer service is the best in the area. Tiling is like candy to them, I had a complete bathroom remodel, the tile work is perfect, so beautiful. I had my garage dry walled, taped and painted. Pressure wash and stain my deck and fencing. There isn't anything they can't do, very courteous, punctual and precise!!

Extremely trustworthy, and the work was excellent. They showed up on time and were very careful about keeping the job site clean. I have recommended them to friends and family.

We first hired Reybel for a kitchen project, but ended up hiring him for several jobs, including remodeling a rental house removing popcorn ceiling, painting dark wood trim, cabinets and walls, and tiling floors. He did an excellent job with remarkable clean up. He is very receptive to new ideas and doing the job in a timely and cleanly manner. For the kitchen project in our home, he removed a wall of cabinets and tiled the space, installing a range hood and shelving. He also repaired and painted the ceiling in our great room and bedroom where there was water damage. We are completely satisfied with the results and have already asked him to do more work. We would recommend him and his crew's work to anyone!
