Full disclosure: I'm the brother of James Pearson (Owner of Pearson Exteriors). No, he did not ask me to write a review. Why am I, then? Because he deserves it! He's been working in the home improvement business for a very long time and is excellent at it. He will not cut corners (which is what you want for the person leading your home improvement projects). He went into business for himself a while back because he believes in integrity, quality, and being a help to the homeowner rather than trying to sell them on something they don't want. So many businesses out there simply want to make a quick buck. James is in it to glorify God in all he does and serve his customers well, with quality that lasts. Pearson Exteriors went over and beyond on our deck project. Our deck was falling apart and we found out that the previous owner didn't build the deck right. They found out that water was getting into our flooring in our kitchen under the hardwood floors because the door wasn't put in appropriately. They didn't just put in new doors but they cut out the messed up part of the floor out and went to the store and got new flooring for it right then and there. He was very organized and detail oriented on the whole project from the beginning until the end. Every single detail big and small was not overlooked. From the deck material choices to the color choices and price differences and getting the permits and inspections scheduled. He was very thorough. He did extra things like adding lights to the deck and patio. He put mulch down and helped us cut trees down that were in the way. They got us a dumpster and helped us move a broken refrigerator into the dumpster. He also pressure washed the deck and siding and the steps. He was very flexible and honest and reliable. He was also very patient and kind and took however much time we needed to make decisions on things. He will give you good quality products for an affordable price and he even worked on part of his vacation when things were not done on time. He made sure the job was done and that it was done right.

Great crew! James is very profession and all around a great guy. Would recommend them to anybody.

James and the crew did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to work with our insurance company to repair our tree damaged detached carport and put a whole new roof on our wind damaged house.

I was blown away with the design and construction replacing my extremely outdated kitchen! Demolition of original cabinets gave way to custom construction of new cabinets and updated appliances. New flooring added the final touch!

Patio was designed with stone color coordination. Construction was superb and in a timely fashion. Close attention to rain run-off and other climate conditions. No disruption to attached neighbors’ dwellings. Enjoying it immensely!
