High price for the work done. Did not mop kitchen floor, dust mantle, clean back splash, doors, straighten up work desk area, replace throw rugs to original location, a "clean" smell. The work that was done was somewhat satisfactory. They are pleasant. I was very surprised when she abruptly announced she was leaving, I thought she had been called away early on an emergency and would charge a partial fee or offer to return to finish.

I do want to clarify that I did mop the kitchen floor and spent more time on your home than originally scheduled due to the level of buildup we encountered?which required extensive scrubbing. While we were unable to complete every task on the checklist, this was not due to neglect but because of the condition of the home. We also used more supplies than originally expected which increased our input cost. I also included some complimentary work and stayed longer at no extra charge, hoping to still provide good value. Brianna arrived on time. She asked what I wanted done and then when straight too getting it done. I find her to be an extremely pleasant person. She follows direction and I detailed in her work. I plan to use her in the future!
