I selected Paving Plus mostly because it had such highly rated reviews. Based on this, I feel it is important to share my personal experience and must, unfortunately, give a low review. I am very disappointed with the rapid deterioration of my driveway and their refusal to stand behind the quality of their work. They applied tar and gravel to my parking area and 300-yard driveway. The driveway looked pretty good at first. After a few months, the driveway started showing some unevenness. After 11 months, it had some major washed-out gullies and potholes. When I notified Paving Plus that the job was not holding up well, they said they could come out and put some more coats on and charge me several more thousand dollars. When I pressed them that they should make it right at their own expense since it has been less than a year, they said they could not even come out and do anything for less than $4,000. I realize that being in Meadows of Dan, it is expensive for them to transport the required equipment and workers to my place, but I am disappointed that they will not stand behind the quality of their work. The original driveway was also tar and gravel but lasted more than 20 years. While it was not obvious to me in the beginning, I have to say that the driveway was done very poorly. It is rapidly moving back to the condition it was in before they came just one year ago, after spending about $17,000.

Service was wonderful. Eric Williams was very knowledgable about work that needed to be done on our driveway and he and the co. delivered. We are so pleased. Job well done! (price wasn't too bad either)
