Write a ReviewGreat customer service, and the price was right as well.
The countertop installation went well, but there was an issue with the dimensions on one piece, so it was delayed by a day. The installers were professional and did a great job. I was less pleased with the backsplash installation. There were some uneven cuts on the tile, and the grout was messy in some areas. We did contact them, and this is in the process of being resolved.
The installers were awesome and hard working. They did not stop working until the job was completed. I really loved the countertops themselves, very beautiful. Rhonda was very helpful, sweet, and I absolutely felt no buyers pressure. I would definitely recommend. The countertops, work and experience is worth the price which may I add was not a bad deal at all either.
Countertops and backsplash are beautiful! Customer service was impeccable; between the young lady Rhonda assisting us with our purchase, Jeff who came to our home and helped us with the selection and the gentlemen who did the final install we are extremely happy and totally impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended!!
Install was a nightmare, a very unprofessional job. They caused severe damage to my kitchen wall, exposing the beams. The slab was chipped in multiple areas, and they acted like it was no big deal. The kitchen slab was short about an inch at the wall and they tried to fill it with caulk, which settled leaving a huge open gap. The first install resulting in a slab cracked in 2 areas, they came back and had to make a very obvious seam. The caulking was sloppy and very thick or thin in certain areas. I was so disappointed and expected much more from a company owned by a well known local carpet and tile store. Honestly, After day 1, I was convinced this must be their first install job. After 4 separate return visits, we were ready to be done and settled for a substandard job with a $1,000 discount.
From the onset, we explained to the customer that because they wanted to keep their existing tile backsplash that it would likely be difficult to get the new countertop to match up perfectly as typically walls are not perfectly straight. As expected, this was the case and there were a few small areas where the counter top did not match perfectly with the wall and these were caulked in. The caulk line was probably about 1/4" wide, not the one inch noted in this review. It is true that during installation two small fissures occurred in the slab and thus we replaced the damaged section. It is also true that we scuffed their walls during the remo
