I have no clue abt this pool ! I tried with the chemicals and just couldn't do it... I was so happy that i found Waterwise..They have made mylife so much better and my 10 yr old so happy! Also the amount i pay them is way better then spending money on the chemicals i cant figure out! I'm soo happy with them and would reccomend them to everyone I know! Sincerely, Diane

At the start the service was excellent, then a new man was hired. His first 2 weeks after training he left the pool in service mode, fortunately it was caught by us the same day. He also neglected to tell us the pool sweeper was broken. Causing us to be without a sweeper for 4-5 days. If he had told us, it would have been in the shop for repair a day earlier and avoided the weekend rush. I put the company on notice that if another mishap happened their services would no longer be required. Yesterday evening the pool was gurgling and on inspection we realized there were no tabs in the chlorinator. The pool had just been serviced that day.
