Priority was very prompt they arrived ahead of schedule and were able to quickly fix my sink drain. The job looks well done. The plumber was able to also address a plumbing issue I had in the guest bathroom too. Both jobs done in 40 minutes. Really appreciate it!

They charged $550 for two hours of work including the new toilet. The repairman came back after the same day after the new toilet was still running water and continuously hissing after being flushed, and brought a replacement part as he said that twice in his career that the toilet actually came with a faulty part from the store. The toilet is now still having the same issue. No one from the company ever discussed their rates with us before they sent an invoice. The toilet they put in costs $169 at Lowe’s. Tell me how this math adds up. Charging $190.50 per hour for labor doesn’t make any sense. SCAM! AVOID!!

Priority is excellent in all respects. We have had plumbing and remodeling done for years at multiple houses and these guys are the best. Always helpful, flexible, explain details, knowledgeable no matter what size job. You can get other estimates but value and reliability is the bottom line
