Brayden did an awesome job, he was very friendly and talked me through all my options. My only issue is the job was started way later than the time we were told, but Brayden came out past 7:00 pm and got the job done so respect to him.

I called for service and got their automated system. Could not talk to a person. I wanted my A/C coolant topped off. Guy came out, said they won't top the coolant off, but I still owe them the $80 service fee for coming out and telling me something they could have told me over the phone if anyone was actually on the phone. Paul Santana, the service tech seemed more interested in selling me on some type of service I hadn't called for than actually helping. Absolute dog water level service from top to bottom.

Their service was good and they explained everything. They had to cut into the sewer main to remove the clog, which caused a mess on the carpet. Their cleanup of the mess was very poor.

Do not use this company they are not professionals they are not reliable and they do not finish the job.

The employees of Paschal were very concerned with my heating and air condition problem and were very cordial to do what I asked of them. They did not pressure me into purchasing something I didnâ t want or need done. Kudos Paschal!!!
