I interviewed several businesses and glad I chose Colby as he listened to what we wanted, had great ideas to make the basement fun and save costs for my 14-year old daughter, and he was kind to us and his staff - great with conflict as well. We love the finished project as well!!

I had an excellent experience working with Colby on finishing my basement. He always did his best to align with my schedule. His team worked alone most of the times with honesty and respect. He was so flexible while tweaking a few things in the project. He was always honest and used the quality materials. I would highly recommend Paragon Builds LLC to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor.

I would NOT recommend Paragon Builds to anyone. For how much we paid, the quality of their work & products do not align. My husband and I remodel experience was nothing we imagined it would be. There were lots of mistakes, work seemed to only get done when money was on the line, lots of time waiting for product to come in even when we were held back for 1 month due to mold/asbestos abatement. Just lots of mistakes we were not happy about and still arenâ t. I will say, their worker Riggo was the best one there. He was a solid man who knew what he was doing and built us a BEAUTIFUL stair railing. Long story short, there is a lot of things this company needs to fix in order to grow. Time management, communication, ownership/responsibility, etc.
