When my brand new pool light suddenly stopped working after Paradise completed some tile work, I got the technician who installed the light (a competitor of Paradise) to check it. He opened up the panel of the light controller box and to our horror, we could see inside that the hot lead to the light had been cut cleanly with a wire cutter! Someone had deliberately opened up the panel, cut that wire, and then closed it back up. The workers at Paradise were the only ones there. After multiple phone calls I finally got the owner, Jason, to admit that he instructed his worker Zachary to “disconnect” the lights rather than just throw the circuit breaker. But cut the wire???Absolutely crazy! In my mind this was clearly an act of sabotage perpetrated by Paradise against a competitor. And then not even tell me what he had done was even more devious. Bottom line, any honest and reputable crew would have simply shut off the power at the panel. These guys clearly can't be trusted.

We hired pro Omar for 5 hours he came for 15 mins said work would be done in 3 days but never showed up again.

They were very professional and completed the work in the amount of time promised.

This company knows their stuff. They are experts in proper care of the plaster in the pool. They explained the science behind how the plaster works and what they did to make sure the plaster was cared for to make it last a long time. For a month after the pool was filled Shaun came to ensure the plaster was curing properly and the chemicals in the pool were at the proper levels. He came three times a week for two to three weeks then came two times a week to check on the pool. We are really happy with the way the pool came out.
