Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and a good guy. He recognized my a/c issues and was honest about the remedy. Before long he had us up and running and the house began to cool. I plan to sign up for annual maintenance to prevent another break down. I trust this guy and I am thankful he found me. I would highly recommend him to anyone having heating or a/c trouble.

P&W could not have been better. They were incredibly prompt in their response to my inquiry (5 minutes), were very friendly, diagnosed the problem immediately, provided me on what to do after the work was completed, and were cost effective and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for better!

The owner was awesome. He came right out looked at my AC found what was wrong and fixed it right away. No upsell which is always nice. Price was in line with was fixed. Will definitely use them again if needed!

The owner of the company came the same day I called with my issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and straight forward. He gave me choices after diagnosing the problem. He did not push for the more expensive remedy. He was very patient explaining the problem and repeating the answers to my questions if I didn't understand. I would highly recommend this company. The work was also completed the same day.
