Thanks, Pacini's for great work. Jeff Pacini and his lead guy, Joe, came out quickly to check it out and kept up good communications throughout. Joe did very nice, detailed work replacing broken slate in our walkway and repairing our very degraded grout. Jeff followed up with a nice sealant, and it looks great. All set for many more years.

20-year-old bathroom grout needed replacing. Hired Pacini's Tile Works to do the job. Jeff, the owner showed us what was needed and pointed out little things to make the bathroom and shower look like new. Joe, his employee did just that. He showed up on time all three days, keep dust to a minimum and kept us informed about he was doing. The bathroom cane out looking brand new. Pacini's does quality work and we highly recommend them.

We had a few tiles replaced and the entire top re-grouted. It came out great! They do exceptional work and are friendly and professional to work with. Would highly recommend!

Professional and courteous staff. I am very impressed with the Tile work of deep clean and seal of shower that looked amazingly brand new again after completion. Other recommndations of work done in the bathroom that was completed and sparkled the bathroom.

We called Pacini’s Tile Works for help with deteriorating grout in our kitchen and shower. Owner Jeff got back to us right away and put his tile specialist Joe Lee on the job. Jeff scheduled our job quickly, which was great because we were worried about damage from water leaking through the old grout. Joe worked quickly and thoroughly, replacing broken tiles, fixing the leaking spot, and putting in new grout and caulking in the kitchen. He also replaced all the grout and caulking in the shower and repaired water damage in an area adjacent to the tub. He explained all the repairs very clearly and did meticulous work. We will be calling Pacini’s again to keep our tiled areas water-safe and beautiful—so happy to have found them!

I contacted 3 contractors for bids. Jeff Pacini's Tile Works was not the low bidder but was the most experienced and knowledgeable by far. After a follow-up phone call Jeff agreed to match the low bid. He has 6 tile repair specialists who work exclusively for him and he sent Joe to do my repair. Joe was prompt, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Pacini's Tile Works for any job you have. Great work at a great price!
