PRAIR Heating and Air Conditioning

Have used Travis & his staff twice over the past 5 years or so. Both times I was in an emergency situation with my A/C unit. Both times Travis responded very quickly. Both times, it was to correct issues that someone else had caused. Once, he did all the work himself & the second time, when I called he was on vacation, but quickly sent an associate who also did an excellent job. What a blessing to find a workforce with such great communication skills, honesty & most of all integrity!

From the first call about needing service to the finished job, Travis and his crew were very prompt, professional, and friendly. They answered all questions we had and have called back after the job was completed to make sure everything was working. Travis was very diligent about our satisfaction. The unit was much larger in size than our old unit but he made it work for the placement of the unit. he had a couple other obstacles that he had to deal with but stuck to his quote. His young company should flourish if he continues this type of service.

I called Travis to come out and clean my unit, and have him look at a part that another company bypassed that needed to be replaced. Travis and his crew was great, Communication was great, and the service was great. Will be calling them again when needed!

I called PRAIR when my ac/gas pack started having problems. Travis and crew were quick to respond and we went from diagnosis, options to full replacement very quickly. All options were explained to me in detail and I felt very good about the professionalism displayed by the PRAIR crew. They always came when they said they would and would stay late if needed to complete the job. Great customer service and workmanship, not to mention just great people. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Great company! My family and I had Travis come out and fix us up a couple of years ago and we knew we would need a new system eventually so we were prepared when that day came. Not only did Prair do the install in a timely matter, they noticed our duct work was sub par w some mold issues. We got new duct work and a remi halo air purifier system and letâ s just say we are breathing better and the sniffles and allergies have gone away! Thank you Travis!

Service was prompt and professional. I was informed of everything that was being diagnosed lwhat needed to be done, and a clear breakdown of all costs was provided before any work was completed. I signed up for the maintenance plan because of the great service and the discount then applied to my bill. I will definitely recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future!
