Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Myrtle Beach

I only had an inspection done, but Laura was great. She came over the day after I called and was very thorough during the inspection, and gave honest, conservative advice. I feel like she had my best interests in mind.

Paul Davis Restoration was great to do business with. They responded very quickly to our request to check the flooring in the master bedroom in our condo. They quickly found the problem and fixed the subflooring and laid new flooring in a few days. Mike Newsome was the man in charge and he was fantastic to work with. He kept in contact with us every step of the way thru texts, emails and pics of the job. I will use Paul Davis Restoration on any future jobs that may be required

They met me at my property for a walk through and estimate. The man was friendly & professional, took about an hour or a little less. Said the estimate would be ready in 3-5days. That was 3 weeks ago. I have called and dealt with their AI phone system, sent messages and emails. A woman called back and said she would have them send the estimate yesterday and I still don’t have it. Communication & customer service is terrible. I just want the estimate, the actual pdf file with details emailed. I don’t understand what is so hard about that. Everyone is busy, that’s not an excuse. It’s unprofessional. They waisted my time, I do NOT recommend. I will be sharing my experience on social media incase they get this review removed.

Mike and his team at Paul Davis did a great job I had extensive water damage due to a washing machine problem. They had to replace all the flooring. I had tile and bamboo. I have a lot of furniture and stuff (😵‍💫😊). They removed furniture etc and removed the tile and bamboo and replaced it in 4 days. They had 2 wonderful cleaners who came in the 5th day. My house is immaculate. I highly recommend Paul Davis restoration. They show up on time and get the job done to your satisfaction.

I would like to take this time to express my appreciation to the company. After having water damage to ceiling in master bedroom from ac handler, a small area had to be repaired. After speaking to numerous companies and telling them the size of the repair, no one show. Speaking to this company , they promised me they would be here and they kept their word. They showed up when they said, very professional and talented in their skill. As a disabled veteran, I am very grateful for this company whose work is exceptional. They took their time and you would never know there was any sort of damage. I would highly recommend this company.
