We found Ozark Heating and Cooling is now renamed Comfort Care Heating and Cooling, same address. We called them and explained the problem. They were at the house 2 days later. Our technician Sam was great. He found the air filter was not properly cleaned and may have added to our A/C problem. He cleaned up the condenser, checked the freon level and our A/C filter. He explained the problem and pointed out possible future problems with our 20 year old unit. Sam was very professional and fixed the problem in an hour. I would highly recommend this company for any A/C and heating problem. We will definitely use this company for our future A/C and heating needs.

These guys were very professional and on time. From preparing a cost to arriving on time to complete the work . They wore a mask the entire time they were working to install the unit. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. Very neat installation and they cleaned up the area before leaving. Will use them in the future when the need arises.
