Carlos was very good to deal with: straightforward, fair, friendly, and punctual. Life would be much easier if everyone was like that. He and his team did an excellent job, too. Got a lot of friable asbestos pipe insulation out of our basement. Job went quickly, he showed photo documentation of the process, the inspection passed without a hitch, and the place looked great afterwards. Quote was the best of anyone's. Would recommend highly.

I recently had Orellana Construction Company remove vermiculite insulation from my attic. They were a pleasure to work with. The job was completed ahead of schedule, and the workers were very friendly, and willing to answer any questions when I'd stop by to check on progress.
