They were very professional and on time. They replaced an old 7kw generator with a 16kw whole house one. It was done in one day and the work went well. They also did a good clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

My Generac generator is almost 10 years old but was well maintained. In a recent power outage the generator operated for a while but then stopped. It was discovered that the rotor had failed and the cost to repair was going to be over $2000. Optimize contacted the manufacturer and somehow got them to agree to replace the parts and pay for the labor. Couldn't believe it!

Optimize are an incredible group to work with, I was so pleased with my Solar Panels installations and their attention to detail I hired them for my whole home generator installation. Matthew and Craig are great guys and really saw the project to the end, my older AC unit was causing them grief but they went the extra mile and got it all working perfectly. Thanks to the whole Optimize team for all their hard work!

Great company! Matthew-owner- knowledgeable, laid back, no pressure sales. He answers his phone AFTER the installation is complete and his crew is top notch, skilled, does first class installation. Crew cleaned up well after each day on job. Uses safe work practices. Craig (job supervisor) patiently answers all customer questions courteously. They also installed my solar system and it is also a perfect installation. If this crew did other things in addition to electrical work, I would hire them for all of it. 100% satisfied with everything Optimize did for me.
