Mark Pizzi came out to my house and gave me a detailed reasonable quote quickly. He also answered several email questions in a timely manner. When I asked him to perform the job they came on time and got the job done in the time they said they would and they cleaned up well. I would definitely use his company again.

Mark came to the house to provide an estimate for repairs to the roof of our garage; he thoroughly explained what he would do and provided two options for the work to be done. His offer was accepted and he arrived with his crew the following day and completed the work as promised and did a superb cleanup job. Highly recommend for this type of work.

Mark Pizzi Came out to my house on a Saturday and the following Wednesday he had his crew at my house performing the proposed work. They did a great job, showed up when they said they would came in on budget and cleaned up thoroughly. We highly recommend On The Level Construction LLC

Did not feel as though company fulfilled the job.They installed a part of job I.e. Adding a piece of aluminum siding to the house.However, they received additional money (200.) for a part they claim was delivered at night--- I never saw anyone come by and I don't know what part was supposedly delivered. When questioned Mr. Pizzi said his person did come and wanted the money. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend him.

Mark was easy to reach and replied quickly as manager/recruiter for the job. Mark and workmen showed up on time. Workmen skills were mediocre and I was unable to communicate with workers after the 2 bosses left. They installed new clapboards on backwards. Existing clapboards on entire house show grain side. They installed clapboards with smooth side out, joints that meet with existing clapboards were not flush.
