    In a fraught time with record level flooding extending for days, Ray Howard and his team(especially Matt) were great. We live in a condo community and many of us experienced flooding for the first time-/ Ray explained the process and helped us do what we could to keep costs down and take care of all possible issues.

    OnPoint was extremely focused and at one point we had 20 working to mitigate our basement flood. Our point of contact, Jim, was extremely friendly and responsive to questions, texts and calls. We hired them for the restoration as well.

    Extremely happy I chose On Point to do my repair work after the hurricane. They took the adjusters report and accomplished all that they require and more. They were professional, personable and reliable. They cleaned up every day before they left. I would like to thank Tim for being so kind because when a disaster happens you are stressed and he was kind and understanding. They do good work!

    Ray Howard, the owner, was at my home within 1 hour of my frantic phone call. He evaluated my water damage; he explained what was required and the process; and he gave me a quote. Much to my relief, he and his crew started the remediation the next morning! Immediately upon completion of the the remediation, the restoration commenced. My basement is beautiful! Onpoint not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. The crew, especially Larry, was polite, pleasant, and proficient. Larry kept me updated on the status of the project and he gladly made adjustments to accommodate my schedule. He was a joy to work with. I will use this company again!

    6. Bankruptcy Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
