My issue was a kitchen fire, the cooktop, microwave, and a cabinet. Then there's the smoke and soot that comes with the fire. I'll start by saying I can't say enough good things about Ray the owner, and his Onpoint team. His integrity, honesty, and commitment to customer service came through on my first phone call to Onpoint. And after his first inspection of the damage, I felt I could trust Onpoint to restore our kitchen to its original state (turned out even better). My project came with other complications, I was about to leave the country when the fire occurred. Ray was very accommodating and easy to work with. It became obvious Ray worked for me and not my insurance company. All I've said is well and good but unless you have a quality team that does quality work it doesn't anything. Onpoint had just that. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and timely given my out of country situation. They made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Hire Onpoint.

Use Ray with OnPoint, he and his team were fantastic. Ray was the first company out of 6 that I contacted and got back to me right away. They started right away and cut out drywall, set up blowers,removed furniture and spayed for mold. I recommended him to my neighbors and friends, who were unfortunately in the same situation here in Florida. You will not be disappointed!

Ray and Matt were great! Came out quickly and worked with us for longer then expected thanks to recurring water coming in. They stuck it out with us and were very patient to make sure the job was done right!

In a fraught time with record level flooding extending for days, Ray Howard and his team(especially Matt) were great. We live in a condo community and many of us experienced flooding for the first time-/ Ray explained the process and helped us do what we could to keep costs down and take care of all possible issues.

OnPoint was extremely focused and at one point we had 20 working to mitigate our basement flood. Our point of contact, Jim, was extremely friendly and responsive to questions, texts and calls. We hired them for the restoration as well.

Extremely happy I chose On Point to do my repair work after the hurricane. They took the adjusters report and accomplished all that they require and more. They were professional, personable and reliable. They cleaned up every day before they left. I would like to thank Tim for being so kind because when a disaster happens you are stressed and he was kind and understanding. They do good work!
