Paul and Greg were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. They installed new AC and furnace. Did a great job except for 1 small detail.

The technicians were very helpful in getting us the financing we needed to afford the project. The work was done quickly and efficiently, everyone was very kind, and we finally have a working AC unit!

HVAC system semi-annual inspection and tune-up was performed by Will and Allen. They arrived within the scheduled time frame and went to work. This was Will's second visit here and he once again was very professional and explained what they were doing before they did it. They cleaned and tested the furnace, replaced a few items, and then cleaned up after themselves. One Hour will continue to be my "go-to" HVAC firm.

Called to schedule an A/C annual tune-up, and was able to schedule appointment for the same day. Will S. called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived in a timely manner and was very courteous. Ended up our A/C unit needed repaired. He was very informative and thorough throughout the entire process. We would recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Loveland, and would highly recommend Will S.
