Very efficient installing thermostat, took time and got the job done

My technician Kyle was very informative and respectful. He explained what was going on and was very professional. Kyle even left me with an electric heater for the evening until they could replace my furnace the next day. Kyle was back early the next morning to start the replacement of my old furnace for the new one and it is working great! I am so happy that I was able to get this done right away.

One Hour Heating did a very thorough job. I had a malfunctioning humidifier on my furnace and they were able to identify the issue, order/deliver the part and install the new humidistat in less than a couple of hours. I was very impressed with both technicians onsite and would certainly recommend them for all of your heating/hvac needs.

The team arrived on time and were very friendly. Answered all the questions I had and shared a few tips. My boiler service was completed in less than an hour and the team left no mess behind. Will be using them for my A/C tuneup in the spring. Most importantly, cost was great.

Kyle and Jacob were a great team and extremely personable and professional. They arrived on time and quickly work through my furnace tune up. One Hour Heating & Conditioning was prompt arriving at the scheduled appointment time. My wife and I also appreciated receiving a message that the techs were on their way. Our techs Kyle and Jacob were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Arguably one of the most thorough annual checkups I have had since being in the home for 7 years and using some other services in the past. While both furnaces are well beyond their expected life, neither tried to "oversell" me and offered objective pros/cons to some repair options vs. replacement. I would highly recommend One Hour Heating & Conditioning.
