The team that worked on our basement was great. Hank and his crew (2 hardworking ladies) solved our problem. They were very professional.I would highly recommend them for any job.

I have to say that Once and Done did a great job. I had my sump pump fail on a Friday morning around 3AM. I got an alert of a leak in the basement. I put in a request on home advisor not even an hour later and by 7AM on Saturday morning I had a call to discuss the project. Once and Done and their team came out on a Sunday to get the problem fixed. Top notch customer service. Would highly recommend.

I had 3 estimates, Once & done was the lowest estimate. Sean went beyond what they included in the estimate. Even though they did more than what they included in the estimate they stuck by the estimate price. Highly recommended.

Hank & his crew worked very hard to get the job done in 2 days. Due to another job they had to start the following morning I'm sure they would've have liked to have an extra day to complete the job They Installed a sump pump system in the basement the concrete was a monolithic poured slab a very thick concrete floor they Jack hammered threw to install the sumps drain pipes.

A great experience. The team was diligent and efficient, and the result was top notch. The installation took longer than expected because of our rocky soil, but the team never wavered and the price never changed. Highly recommended!

Sean is great. He inspected the basement then clearly described how the work would be done. His crew arrived on time and completed the job in the amount of time Sean told me. His crew was very friendly and efficient. They respected my property (nothing broken or damaged). The work done was neat and they cleaned up after themselves. They positioned the drain pipes to drain in a a part of the backyard that would not be seen (unlike another company that wanted to put a 6 foot pipe sticking out in the front yard). If I've forgotten anything, just know that the whole experience was painless and very reasonable priced!

From start to finish Once and Done has been an the ONLY answer to our problem. And boy we HAD a HUGE problem. Shawn was amazing he took the time to explain the entire process [about 100 times] because we were nervous about tearing up the house even more than the water already had. He did not pressure us. He came to the house and brought the mold treatment before we even signed a contract. He recommended a contractor [josh martin] to help us rebuild all of the tearout and they both came to look at the project (more than once) to give estimates. He followed up and was patient as we got the funds together, and once we did he had his crew here immediately. The crew...hank...sherry...ki...the coach and ryder were all wonderful, hard working, personable, and a pleasure to have. I have never seen such a well oiled machine. The work they did is amazing, and they kept me calm and reassured as they installed the sump pump drainage system. They went over and above what was expected. The day they finished we had heavy rains for 2.5 days, and the house stayed completely dry. We are so pleased with the entire process from start to finish. We will definitely be using them again. See our garage has to be done also, but money is tight so we have to wait to install the sump pump out there until we save the money to do so. And OF COURSE we will be using Once and Done. Thank-you guys and girl!!!! We appreciate all of your hard work!!
