Lior is the owner, and we dealt mainly with him. He did what he said he would do when he said he'd do it and for the price he quoted. It's pretty hard to beat that. But, in addition, he is very friendly (you have the feeling you are working with a family member) and a knowledgeable advisor. He listened to what we said. He made good suggestions for the project. He is a very effective communicator, so we always knew what was happening. He really seems motivated to go a very good job. It was understood up front that his bid didn't include certain materials like the bathroom vanity, mirrors, sconces, tile, hardware, etc. He has liability insurance, but I didn't get proof of workersâ comp insurance, although I asked for a copy. Lior said that he gets it separately for each job and that his subs also carry workersâ comp. Fortunately, everything went fine, and we were very happy with the result.

I was referred to Lior at Oakasa by my designer who was helping me with a bathroom remodel. The remodel is currently in the process of being done by Lior and his crew of subcontractors. His bid was reasonable and there have been no delays or surprises. Lior has been very professional, keeps me in the loop as far as the progress of my project and when each subcontractor is going to arrive as well as the inspections along the way. He is very communicative and responds back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Lior!

Working with Oakasa on my kitchen renovation was a dream come true. Lior truly knows how to communicate with the client and keep us up-to-date on the timeline. Not only was the project done beautifully, but the price Oakasa quoted us was around 10k less than other companies I talked to. I will recommend Oakasa to anyone that needs renovations done.
