They came out to do an epoxy repair and after less than six months it chipped away given the low quality of the work. They refused to stand by the work and repair it. They said â normally we put it in the estimateâ that epoxy repairs donâ t last and are not guaranteed but there was nothing in my estimate or contract or in any of the correspondence. I did some other projects with them before this which was fine but they definitely lost my trust and me as a customer given this behavior

Appreciate seeing an artisan attentively coaching upcoming apprentices. Can tell Olympus Stone Care will continue to garner a reputation for pleasing their customers from beginning to end of each project.
