Hiroko worked with my 93 year old mother to move her from the apartment she lived in for 28 years to a convalescent home. I live in California and my mom lives with Dementia in New York so it was impossible for me to work with my mother to sort through all her stuff and narrow it down for her much smaller new home. My mom loved working with Hiroko. Hiroko identified what was dearest to mom, organized it, packed it, and unpacked it in her new place. She also organized everything impeccably in her new place without needing any supervision. She even labeled the drawers on her dresser with the contents! I hired Hiroko afterwards to help me sort through the clothes that remained and she identified what my wife and daughter might like. That allowed me the time to sort through the mountain of stuff my mom had accumulated over a lifetime. I only had a limited amount of time in New York away from my job in California. Hiroko was a huge help not only in organizing the clothes my mom left behind but also in carefully bubble wrapping beautiful dishes and glassware and helping me to pack that stuff so that it could be shipped USPS retail ground across country. Everything and I mean everything arrived without so much as a chip in it. I would hire Hiroko again in a heartbeat and recommend her unconditionally. Great work and great value!

Hiroko was professional, punctual, and a joy to work with. My room was overflowing with clothing. I donâ t have much closet space, and together we found a way to rearrange my clothes, shoes, and accessories to maximizes my space. She worked quickly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She also came prepared with small organizational aids, like rubber bands and twist ties for belts, that made a huge difference. I highly recommend working with her!

Hiroko provided excellent customer service. She was timely with her advice and recommendations and extremely professional and reliable. She was also very knowledgeable in providing resources to facilitate the handling of our move from one condo to another. She has a can-do attitude and always was very practical and positive with her recommendations. Furthermore, she was always available and cordial in our interactions.

She is the sweetest! I felt like I was on Netflix with Marie Kondo. She used whatever I had at home, didnt ask me to buy any new organizers and set up a great process that hopefully ill be able to mantain! Thank you so much
