I called this company to repair my garage door opener and they came out and said they just needed to fix a part in the engine. It still didn't work. The next day, they came and put in a completely new motor. The new motor didn't work. They sent a different technician out and got it fixed temporarily. At this point we'd had the motor for 3 days. Within a few few days, it was broken again. Within one month of install, we've had about 7+ service requests on the motor. After the first few service requests, they came and put in another new motor, with three different technicians. It still doesn't work. I've now asked for a refund and I'm getting the run around. The customer service is deplorable. I've asked them to contact my attorney and they have never reached out to her.
