They initially performed a decent job. However, they do not honor their 2-year warranty that they provide at the time of service. When I called them to address a follow up issue that should have been covered under warranty, they stalled, then did not show up on the day they said they would, then they quit answering text and phone messages. They do not stand behind their warranty.

Poor or no communication. The owner will not provide an alternate way to contact him because he did not receive my multiple text. The telephone voicemail is generally full. The email address is only good to make a payment. When I emailed the company, the emailed returned and was not deliverable. Dustin has not returned to take care of the issue. When the dryer vent cover was placed, it was not secured . I found the vent laying on the side of the house. I was informed the area would be secured using screws but it was caulked poorly. The There is piping sticking out of our home that the company inserted and never returned to remove and repair.

Robin, we know our communication isn't our strongest suit. I apologize for that and for the fact you are unconvinced that your home is animal-free. Regarding the .67-star review, I don't think that's fair. Your home is sealed from re-entry. The pipe is actually a one-way, exit-only door that isn't removed bc we haven't convinced you and trapping animals in attics causes more damage and potential odor from expiration. We currently have ~10 untriggered traps in your attic and a night vision cell camera. We even scanned twice with our thermal cameras and fixed the improperly installed drip edge on your home out of scope. 317-512-3779 gets an a

They were good to work with. Took a while to finish up the project, but that was a combination of lots of raccoons to remove, them being busy with other projects, and weather delays.

They're still working on the problem as I've had several e try points for the animal. They're very thorough and diligent and have a two year guarantee even if an animal digs a new spot in the house. Very impressed with them!

I turned to Nuisance Wildlife Services after two other companies left me hanging with ongoing rodent control issues. Dustin offered to seal my whole home where others would only seal for four feet off the ground! Moreover, their "sealing" was incompetent. Dustin sees the house's vulnerabilities and has the skills and drive to repair them.
