Bill and Evan are a joy to work with they've been installing blinds, shutters and window treatments for 16 years. Bill arrived promptly for my estimate, listened to what type of fabrics I was looking for and brought samples I liked on the first visit. The time from order to install was just over three weeks, with COVID this is a great turn around time. 12 blinds and a slider were installed in just 2 1/2 hours. Evan did an amazing job. He was quiet and efficient. I'd be happy to do business with them again.

I've purchased a variety of blinds throughout my home and was very pleased with the service and quality products NSS provided. Bill came to my home with sample books to look over, made measurements, and placed my order. He told me approximate wait time which was not long at all for the amount of blinds I ordered. Bill returned promptly and even installed the blinds. I've tried other blinds from these run of the mill blind places but NorthShore is definitely the best out there.
