Austin and Mike arrived a few minutes before their scheduled appointment which is a big plus in my book. They went right to work and didn't waste time. They were both friendly, professional and were very knowledgeable about the project. Mike discovered that my receiver did not have phono plug ins. He researched and found an adapter. Software was also outdated and he found a work around that solved that problem. He definitely went the extra mile! I would highly recommend them to others.

They are young gentlemen that are enthusiastic about their work. They are polite and able to accomplish the projects independently. Mike called within 2 hours of my research through Home Advisor to talk about the projects. My husband would recommend that they use drop cloths to capture drilling debris. They took the boxes and the wrapping from the mounts we provided. We had purchased the mounts months ago. My husband thanked me for arranging this company to mount our flat screens. Did a great job installing ethernet wiring in my house. Fast and clean. Could not do the repositioning of the 120V outlets I need for on-the-wall TVs. Will have to get an electrician to do that.

Mike and Austin are an incredible dual. They were totally professional, detailed in their tasks, and understood and met my Surveillance needs. They also add a personal touch in their communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Three to five years down the road I expect they will double or triple the size of their business.
