I was in search for a new hot tub and a friend had a Strong spa so I checked into it. Made right here in PA! Matt and his staff have been wonderful while I was preparing for delivery and stayed until it was filled and running. Highly recommend.

We bought our home, with an in ground pool, 2 years ago. In 2015, we hired the company, recommended by the previous owner, to open the pool for us. We were very dissatisfied. At the close, we hired another company. Worse than the first. Knowing we needed a new liner for 2016, we hired Northeast to do the project. They are great. They installed the liner, filled the pool then opened it. They closed it earlier today. I recommend these guys to everyone. Great company. Very professional.

The owner was very helpful in helping me to pick out my hot tub and describing the different options. The entire process from my initial contact until delivery was very pleasant. I also received a good price. It is truly a family business as the son, father and uncle were all there to set the hot tub up.

Very professional, helpful and friendly service from start to finish. They did a flawless installation. Hank and Matt explained the features of the hot tub and walked us through the process. They knew what we wanted in a spa and found us a hot tub that exceeded our expectations. We are loving our hot tub. We are pleased to recommend Northeast Pool Supply, Inc. We were very happy with the electrician they recommended as well.

Very friendly and helpful every step of the way. A great family owned business and they are always there to help walk me through any issues or concerns I have. Pool was installed start to finish in just three week. And, that was with some weather delays. The best bang for the buck when thinking about a pool. I'm adding services with them (heater) next season.
