I hired this company to repair a leak in our roof on our enclosed porch. They came out immediately and provided a fair estimate. During the course of the work, part of the roof collapsed and I could see the entire sky exposed. I was freaking out but they promptly repaired the roof and came back a day later to repair the ceiling and painted it as well as the walls that had water stains on them from the ceiling collapse at no extra charge. They did this repair on Christmas Eve, until it was all fixed and good as new. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer. We are pleased with their work and would hire them again in the future should the need arise.

Good work from what we can see. The only concern is a sharp/pointed roofing tool dropped to our front yard during the service. Thankfully no one was in front yard when it happened

If you're looking for an honest man, Antonio is the guy. He was very attentive to me and my concerns. Anyone that gets 5 stars from me deserves 6 stars. I am super particular. I had a leaky skylight. The other contractors I saw never even gave me an estimate to repair what I thought was a simple leak. Antonio laid it on the line. The 2 skylights needed to be replaced. It took me 1-2 months before I decided he was right. The plastic skylights were 32 years old and my neighbors had theirs replaced a number of years ago. When I figured the cost of the materials involved (former accountant) and the labor (4 men, 1 day) I realized the price was very reasonable. I've waited two months before writing this review so as to evaluate their work. Don't hesitate to hire Northland Roofing. Thank you Antonio.

Great response. Sent email as promised with estimate and even came back to redo a bit of the work to the ridge vent shingles. Sent me very detailed pictures; before and after, which was very very helpful because it was roof work that I could not have seen otherwise. Price was a bit high for what turns out to be about 10 hours of work, at most. I too run my own business so I know to include all the time taken for travel, estimates, communications, doing the work and invoicing, as the work itself only took a couple of hours. Overall, would definitely recommend.

They replied in a NY minute and showed up in two days and punctually which is why I gave them 4 stars. The technician was super and even cut back a limb that caused problems. I paid and tipped generously only to find after he left, there was no clean-up done!. I had to rake up and dispose of the abundance of leaves & needles left in the yard. That is not a job well done.
