Good workers

My move took 5 hours and cost 960 dollars, (5*160 per hour + 160 for the truck and moving across town). The guys were capable, and besides some struggles putting the bed frames together, kept it moving without much pause. Minor scuffs around the houses. I'm not thrilled about the 5th hour but overall it was a positive experience.

I do not know who wrote your reviews!! This is one of the worst Moving Companies we have ever used!! I called explained the situation to one of the owners Jessica and all she could do was try to make excuses for her staff!! I explained to her that we were ex-military and had moved over 13 times in 28yrs.. Her response was, ?It was a big move?.. when you came and gave us an estimate instead of taking on a job of this size, you should admit your company can not handle it!! I expressly said to her,? I guess customer service is not in your forte? as a company!! I explained to her that I was not able to get to my sink cupboards or in my closet because how they had ?double stacked? wardrobe boxes & dish packs!! Her excuse was, ?well they did that to make it easier on you?! Excuse me.. If I can not get to my counter tops in the kitchen or in my closet to hang clothes up, how is that helping me!! Plus, she sent 6-7 men to unpack the trucks, they said we are ready to go home.. When I went out looked at Garage they had literally put some of our our bathroom boxes full of toiletries in the Garage they just piled boxes on top of 1 another in such a matter it looks like they just threw the stuff in there.. Boxes were marked wrong all our bathroom Items were not wrapped in such disarray in the boxes that I am still trying to sort them out!! Jessica finally said last Thursday, when I talked to her on phone, what can I do to rectify . I specifically told her to come straighten the stuff in garage that they haphazardly threw in there!! I have never heard back from her since!! ?This speaks volumes of how she runs this company!!? I am including pics of how stuff was haphazardly thrown in garage!! Word of mouth speaks volumes about a company!! I have sent a letter to BBB, Angies List, All Military Bases in the region everyone else I can think of to Blacklist this Company!! I was only able topost 1 pic.. This gives you an idea at there work!
