Raiden was very friendly and knowledgeable. My repair request was challenging as I have a very old house with outdated plumbing. He explained everything about the repairs before starting each one and the cost was quite reasonable. I have already recommended Night Owl Drain Cleaning to 2 family members.

Raiden came on time and was very professional. He arrived with a mask which made us feel safer. I had sent him the requested pictures of the part that was leaking so he showed up with the exact part and went right to work. He fixed a leaky sink, too. He was friendly and polite. I definitely would call him again!

Quickly responded, resolved the issue short term and was able to fix the bigger problem in our sink to keep the problem from happening again in the future. Highly recommend to others.

Very professional and curious

Night Owl was quick to respond and be on site. We had a a leaking cast iron 4" sanitary line and a clogged pipe (problems with a 140 year old house!). Raiden was quick to review, get back with an estimate, and fast to start the job. Not an easy job due to old construction and restricted space to work. We removed all the old cast iron drain pipe that ran in the basement with PVC, and also the drains up to the downstairs sink and toilet . He was easy to work with, the job was done professionally and in a reasonable timeframe. The sanitary drain was cleaned all the way out to the village pipes. I would not hesitate to hire him for any plumbing issues.
